Über Sabrina
I am sabrina rocha, I am a dancer and stretching instructor, I did my training in posture and stretching by biomechanics. I have 6 years of teaching experience. I work with elements of pilates, yoga and alexander technique. I speak fluent English and Spanish and basic German.

Personalized and integrative stretching for the whole body.
Neck, back and lower back stretches, leg muscles, joints mobility. Focus on breathing.
The clase is one hour/ 60 min for private individual and for couples as well.
We work on body alignment, elongation of muscle groups and joint mobility. I also dedicate a few minutes to the relaxation of the waist and neck area.
No previous experience is necessary.
For advanced students, we improve flexibility in an organic way to reach the highest elasticity of the body.
Splits, bridges, back bends, hip openings.
