Über Anika
Hey du, hey you (English below),
ich bin zertifizierte Ashtanga Vinyasa Yogalehrerin mit viel Hatha und Vinyasa Flow Erfahrung. Mich machen vor allem meine Positivität und Leichtigkeit aus, die ich in meine Praxis einbringe. Weil jede Person anders ist, arbeiten wir mit Modifikationen und schauen, was für dich das Beste ist.

I accomplished my Yoga Teacher Training in Barcelona, which was mainly taught in English. So, don’t worry about a language barrier, we’re gonna figure it out.
I’m certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, but I have experience in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow as well. With the practice I try to spread positivity and ease for Yoga, let’s have a good time while moving our bodies.

In unserer Yogastunde wird es allen voran um dich und deine Bedürfnisse gehen. Fühlst du dich heute mehr nach Atemübung und Entspannung? Dann legen wir mehr Fokus darauf. Wir kommunizieren vorab, falls du dir etwas genaues vorstellst.
Ansonsten bereite ich unsere Stunde mit Meditation, Atemübung, Körperstellungen (Asanas), Dehnung und einer Schlussentspannung vor.
Ich leite dich durch Kräftigung und Dehnung. Falls du dir unsicher mit Yoga bist oder noch wenig Erfahrung hast, macht das gar nichts! Sicherheit und Wohlfühlen in unserem Austausch ist das Wichtigste. Ich freue mich darauf :-)

Our yoga practice is going to be about you and your needs. Do you feel more like doing breath work or hip openers today? No worries, we’re gonna focus on that. We communicate before the practice and you let me know, in case you have something specific on your mind.
My general Yoga hour consists of meditation, breath work, postures (asanas), stretch and relaxation.
I lead you through strengthening and flexibility techniques.
Please don’t be concerned, in case you try yoga for the first time or you’re a beginner. We’re gonna make an hour full of safety, comfort and fun :-)
