Über Valesca

As a Master’s student at the University of St. Gallen with a strong personal commitment to fitness, I bring both discipline and practical experience to my coaching. In addition to my own training, I have led fitness classes, which has strengthened my ability to guide different individuals, correct form, and create motivating, high-energy sessions. I understand how to adapt exercises to different fitness levels while keeping workouts both effective and engaging.

In my coaching, I focus on creating a supportive but results-driven environment. I will guide you step by step, ensure that you perform exercises correctly, and help you stay consistent—because that is what ultimately makes the difference. At the same time, I adapt everything to your individual goals, whether that is building strength, losing body fat, improving endurance, or simply feeling more confident in your body.

You can expect reliability, structure, and honest feedback, combined with motivation and a positive atmosphere. I care about your progress and will support you in pushing beyond your limits while keeping your training balanced and sustainable.

My coaching approach is highly individual, as I believe fitness is not one-size-fits-all. I combine structured training methods with a focus on technique, consistency, and long-term progress. Depending on your goals, I integrate strength training, conditioning, mobility, and functional exercises. I also place importance on understanding the “why” behind exercises, so you can train independently and effectively over time.

A typical session is structured but flexible. We usually start with a short warm-up and activation phase, followed by the main workout tailored to your goals—whether that is strength, fat loss, endurance, or overall fitness. I focus on proper execution, intensity, and progression. We finish with either conditioning, mobility work, or a short cool-down. Throughout the session, I provide continuous feedback and adjustments.

What makes me different as a coach is that I combine personal experience with a strong understanding of discipline and consistency. I am very active myself—especially in strength training and running—and know what it takes to improve performance while maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I focus not only on results, but also on building habits that are sustainable. At the same time, I create a motivating and supportive environment while still pushing you to reach your potential.
