I’m Sarbik Banerjea, founder, strategist, and educator with a strong background in business development, customer success, AI, and startup building. I help students learn with clarity, structure, and confidence, drawing on hands-on experience building ventures in education, fintech, and sustainability. My approach is practical, personalized, and focused on real-world understanding rather than rote memorization.
I hold a distinction and leadership honours in my Master’s in International Business with a Finance specialization, and my background combines engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship. That means I can explain complex topics in a way that is both rigorous and easy to follow. I work best with learners who want clear guidance, strong structure, and a teacher who is committed to their progress.
My teaching style is interactive and supportive. I use examples, step-by-step explanations, and regular feedback to make sure students understand not just the “what,” but the “why” and “how.” Whether you are starting out or aiming to go deeper, I adapt my teaching to your level and learning goals.

My typical lesson structure is: 1) introduce the topic and objective, 2) explain the core idea, 3) demonstrate with examples, 4) let the learner practice, 5) give feedback, and 6) end with a short review or reflection. I keep lessons focused and adjust the pace based on how well the learner is following.
My teaching style is interactive and learner-centered. I ask questions often, check comprehension regularly, and adapt my explanations if something is unclear. I also use feedback as part of learning, not just as evaluation, so learners know what to improve and how.
I work best with learners who need structure, clarity, and steady support. That can include beginners, school students, or more advanced learners who want a clear framework for complex topics. I adapt my approach to the learner’s level, confidence, and goals.
