Über Aarushi
Hello! My name is Aarushi, and I am a multilingual university student with a passion for languages, communication, and helping others succeed academically.
Having grown up and studied in international environments across several countries, I understand firsthand the challenges of learning and mastering a language. Today, I speak five languages fluently and use English daily in both academic and professional settings. I am currently studying at the University of Michigan, where strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential to my coursework.
My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether that means improving grades in school, preparing for exams, strengthening academic writing, building confidence in speaking, or simply becoming more comfortable using English in everyday situations. I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that is how real progress happens.
What sets me apart is my international perspective and my experience as a language learner myself. I know that every student learns differently, and I adapt my teaching style accordingly. Rather than relying on memorization alone, I focus on helping students truly understand the language and develop the confidence to use it independently.
I work with primary and secondary school students, Matura candidates, university students, and adults at all proficiency levels. As a multilingual university student with an international background, I tailor each lesson to the individual needs, goals, and learning style of my students. My teaching approach is interactive and supportive, focusing on building confidence while developing strong language skills.
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation to practice speaking and identify areas for improvement. We then work on targeted activities such as grammar exercises, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, writing practice, or exam preparation. Lessons always include opportunities to actively use English through discussion and real-world applications.
What makes my teaching unique is my experience learning and speaking multiple languages myself. I understand the challenges students face and can explain concepts in a clear, accessible way. Having lived and studied in several countries, I also incorporate cultural insights and practical communication skills into my lessons.
My lessons are aimed at primary school, secondary school, and Matura students, as well as university students and adults looking to improve their English. Whether you need help with schoolwork, exam preparation, academic writing, conversation practice, or general language improvement, lessons are adapted to your level and objectives.
