Über Candice
Hello! I am a native English speaker currently living and working in Vienna, with experience teaching and supporting students in developing their English skills. I have worked as an English assistant teacher in a kindergarten setting and have also provided private afterschool lessons to small groups of children. Through these experiences, I have developed a supportive and engaging teaching style that helps students feel comfortable and confident when speaking English.
I understand that learning a language can feel challenging at times, which is why I focus on creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. My lessons are interactive, practical, and adapted to each student’s individual goals and learning style. Whether a student wants to improve conversation skills, gain confidence speaking English, or receive support with schoolwork, I aim to make lessons both effective and enjoyable.
My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, and my professional experience has involved working in international and collaborative environments. This has strengthened my communication skills and allows me to support students who want to improve their English for academic, everyday, or professional situations.
