Über Vojtech
I’m a former basketball player, Ironman finisher and ultra runner with years of experience in strength training, endurance sports and overall fitness. Sport has always been a huge part of my life, and through years of training and competition I’ve learned not only how to push physical limits, but also how important consistency, discipline and smart training really are.
My coaching combines experience from multiple areas of fitness — strength training, conditioning, endurance and functional movement — to help people become stronger, fitter and healthier in a realistic and sustainable way. I understand what it takes to stay committed long term, balance training with everyday life and continue improving without burnout.
I work with people of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to more experienced individuals looking to improve performance, lose weight, build strength or simply feel better physically and mentally. Every session is adapted to the individual, their goals and their current level of fitness.
As a coach, I focus heavily on proper technique, motivation and creating training that is both effective and enjoyable. I believe fitness should improve your life, not take it over. My goal is to help clients build confidence, create long-term healthy habits and enjoy the process along the way.
Alongside coaching, I also create fitness content and workout programs online, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to explain exercises clearly and effectively.

I focus on practical, sustainable fitness that helps people build real strength, improve their health and feel more confident in everyday life. My coaching style is supportive, motivating and adapted to each individual’s current fitness level, experience and personal goals.
My lessons are structured to be clear, effective and easy to follow. Sessions typically begin with a warm-up and mobility work, followed by strength, conditioning or technique-focused training, and finish with cooldown or recovery exercises. I emphasize proper form, consistency and gradual progression to help clients train safely while still seeing measurable results.
I believe fitness should not feel overwhelming or unnecessarily complicated. I simplify exercises and training concepts so clients understand not only what they are doing, but also why they are doing it. I combine motivation with accountability and always try to create a positive environment where people feel comfortable pushing themselves.
One of my strengths as a coach is adaptability. I work with beginners who are completely new to fitness, as well as more experienced individuals looking to improve strength, conditioning, endurance or overall performance. I can adjust sessions for different fitness levels, goals and physical limitations, making training accessible and sustainable for a wide range of people.
My target audience includes beginners, intermediate trainees and anyone looking to improve general fitness, lose weight, build strength or develop healthier long-term habits through structured and enjoyable training.
