Über Sepideh
I am a 25-year-old astrophysicist researching white dwarfs—dead stars where even small phenomena demand all aspects of physics. I won a silver medal in Iran’s national astronomy and astrophysics Olympiad at 17 and earned my bachelor’s in physics at Sharif University of Technology, Iran’s top university. With 7 years of teaching Olympiad teams in Iran and Austria, and experience from a complex systems thesis to a quantum computing internship, I now help students build intuition and excel in physics, astronomy, and math.

I start each session by clearly stating what we’ll cover, what questions we’ll answer, and what skills we’ll strengthen. We briefly review past questions, then dive into details. I repeat new concepts until they feel intuitive and natural. I focus on building strong physics intuition by asking “why” at every step: Why does this make sense? Why this equation? Why this method? My 7 years of tutoring Iran and Austria’s Olympiad teams taught me to tailor lessons to each student’s needs. I also connect topics across physics, astronomy, and math to help students build a bigger picture. Lessons are for high school and undergraduate students preparing for Olympiads, university, or anyone curious about physics and astronomy.
