I’m Vaishnavi, passionate and certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping people discover the transformative power of yoga for self discovery. With 5 years of experience, I specialize in sound healing and Hatha yoga techniques. The classes are known for the calming atmosphere, energetic flow, alignment-focused approach.
I believe that yoga is a journey of self-discovery and encourages students to explore their own unique practice. Beyond the physical benefits, I personally emphasize the mental and emotional well-being that can be cultivated through yoga.
