Über Jodie
Trained in Zurich (hatha yoga, pranayama and kundalini), I have lived in Nepal and the Caribbean.
I use my practice to recover from physical sports such as mountain running, ski touring, diving, kitesurfing and wingfoiling.
Our physical fitness and mental awareness are a gift that we need to nurture and nourish.
