I've been involved in sports since I was 13 years old, starting with weightlifting, where my greatest achievement was placing 4th in the Polish Nationals. Later, I embarked on a journey in bodybuilding, which continues to this day. My confidence and knowledge, paired with a personalized approach and a positive attitude, ensure the best possible results for you, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your body along the way.
