1 at the beginning of each workout i check in with the client to see how they are feeling
2 we start with a 5-10 m warm-up the muscules
3 depending on the clients goals i developand adjust the exercise program
4 throughout the lesson i monitor the correct execution of excercises
5 during the training i motivate the client
6 we finish the training with a 5-10 m cool down and static stretching to relax the muscules
