Hello, My name is Bidisa Biswas and I am from India. I am doing my Masters In Germany, Berlin. I am 23 years old women trying to be healthy is every way possible. My goal is to achieve to be fit not only related to strength but also with your mind which is very important to live a prosperous life.

I am into fitness life for more than 12 years now. I started to dance at the age of 6 and then i joined yoga classes which is one my favorite thing to do. I am now doing sports and fitness for a couple of years now. My way od teaching is fun and also interesting as I dont think that its about the numbers that you count on your weight machine but the mental relief that you get after exercising. I promise you that i will make you stick to your plans whule enjoying it.
